This article reads like it was done in 2015, in an era where we still believed in the "self made" millionaire. As if the world is not made on exploatation and 5 hours a week will make you the next unicorn in silicon valley. The whole thing reads as condescending towards the working class that struggle to even have that 5 hours of spare time, especially the women that do all this unpaid work that you barely mentioned . Yeah 5 hours a day could go to that passion project you have or to building community but come on promising that the 5 hour technique can make you the next big thing is absolute "grindset" propaganda. Also who the hell watches TV in 2025?

A perfect day for me is to have spent an hour studying (currently mathematics and/or programming challenges, e.g. projecteuler.net), spent an hour reading (usually fiction, but anything is good) and spent some time exercising. Usually I fail to do all three, but I try.
