Where is the line between contentment and complacency? I struggle with the idea that if I let up at all there will be a resulting slippery slope ending in complete failure. Is there any evidence for the existential statement that one doesn’t have to be productive to be worth while? It feels like these type of things are said a lot to make you feel better but lack qualification.
